PTRA TALK 3: “Physiological and psychological demands of training for elite trail runners”

Hosted by the PTRA Founders and elite athletes Francesco Puppi & Kilian Jornet, it will be celebrated on 10th February at 7PM CET and open to everyone.

The PTRA is thrilled to present the third event of the PTRA TALKS Series to be celebrated on the 10th February at 7PM CET with the subject “Physiological and psychological demands of training for elite trail runners”. It’ll consist in a talk between Kilian Jornet and Francesco Puppi, both PTRA founders, renowned elite athletes in short and long distances and great analytics of data and processes to improve their training, fitness and results. The aim is to learn form their experience and have a place where you can ask questions or doubts.


The TALK is directed to elite trail athletes, but open to everyone who would like to attend. The session will have a Q&A at the end – you can start preparing your questions! It will be free for the PTRA members and we ask for a donation of minimum 10 Eur for non-members. This money will be used to fund the PTRA.
